April 15, 2025 marked 70 years of Giglio Distributing serving up good times and great taste in Southeast Texas, Northeast Texas, and Southwest Arkansas. J.C. Giglio began distributing Miller High Life with "one man, one truck, and a helper." The company has grown from annual sales of forty thousand cases in the first year to more than twelve million cases and the addition of thousands of products including beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Over a couple beers at a local tavern, J.C. Giglio learned that Falstaff planned to drop Miller High Life. Mr. Giglio decided to contact Miller Brewing Company requesting the chance to be a distributor.

Miller Brewing sent a regional manager to interview Mr. Giglio and readily granted him the rights to distribute Miller High Life in Jefferson, Orange, Hardin, and Liberty Counties.

Construction began on the current building in 1979.

Today the facility has grown from the original 45,000 square foot structure to the 191,000 square feet needed to house a continuously growing portfolio of products.

Consolidation of the East Texas territory culminated in a new 220,000 square foot facility in Tyler, Texas.

What was 12 distributors in East Texas and Southwest Arkansas is now serviced by the unified team at Giglio and GG Distributing which ensures exceptional service, a broad product range, and a dedicated community partner for our customers across all 57 counties.
