President and COO
Charles, son of J.C. Giglio, began working with his dad at the age of 16. As is customary for all entering the family business, Charles made his debut in the warehouse. He learned the business by experiencing every aspect from repacking to unloading railcars and loading trucks for delivery.
In 1970, Giglio Distributing had 10 employees. Consequently, Charles, like his Dad, wore many hats. His jobs included warehouse manager, sales, and purchasing agent. 1974 was a banner year for Giglio Distributing. Miller High Life sales increased and Miller Lite was introduced to the market. Giglio Distributing was able to get rapid distribution on this new product due to great relationships in the market and outstanding service. Miller Lite became the number one beer in their market area. Enjoying their much earned success, in 1979 they built the office and warehouse that is currently the home of Giglio Distributing.
In 1985, Charles had the vision to diversify by adding a wine division that handled the brands of E & J Gallo Winery. Due to this large increase in products, Giglio doubled the size of their warehouse in 1987. Between 1987 and 1989, Charles thought it was increasingly important to expand his portfolio and began adding some imported brands, such as Guinness and Heineken. In 1990, Spirits were added to the Wine Division and Giglio began handling the brands of Sazerac Distillery.
In the spirit of continued growth and diversification, Giglio began acquiring other distributorships in 1995. Ironically, their first acquisition was Liberty County, the original county Mr. Giglio traded almost 50 years earlier. Many distributorships have been amassed over the years, including Longview '99, Mexia '06, Beaumont Coors '07, and Palestine '08. Giglio Distributing now has over 200 employees, a fleet of 40 tractor trailers, 30 light duty trucks, and services over 150 brands in 44 counties.
xFrank Crorey has over 35 years of experience in the Beverage Industry, 31 of those years with Giglio Distributing Company. It all started with his first job, as a stocker at Market Basket, the local grocery store. Stocking shelves, building displays and becoming an Asst. Mgr. all while attending Lamar University. That experience led Frank to the next 4 years at Quality Bev. (Wine & Spirits House) where he completed the Gallo Sales Training and attained the position of District Sales Manager. From there Frank’s career began with Giglio Distributing Co. where he started as an Area Sales Manager(5y) and later promoted to Import/Craft Manager(5y) and then to Director of Sales & Marketing(12y).
Giglio Distributing is a Family owned business where they make Frank feel like a part of the Family. Working with all the Giglio employees has become his 2nd Family and customers have become his friends. The beer business to Frank is a lifestyle that he truly gets to enjoy every day and as of 2010 he proudly serves in his current position as Vice President / General Manager.
Today Frank maintains an open line of communication with all of the department head’s and their teams in operations, sales and delivery to ensure company sales and profit objectives are obtained.
Along with a successful career, Frank’s Family falls right in line with his successes. He has a loving wife, 4 beautiful children and 2 beautiful grandchildren.
xGeneral Manager
William G. Jenkins III graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX in 1998. Will earned BBA in Marketing. He was a proud member of the Corps of Cadets and an Eagle Scout.
Will started with E&J Gallo Winery in 1998 in Dallas. He worked as a Sales Representative and District Sales Manager. Will was then promoted to Field Marketing Manager in northern Mississippi. He started with Giglio Distributing Company in 2004.
Will has served in many roles during his time at Giglio. Some of the roles are, but not limited to: Area Sales Manager, Coors Brand Manager, Delivery Supervisor, On-Premise Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Director of Governmental Affairs. Will serves as an officer for the Wholesale Beer Distributors of Texas and as the Texas Representative on the Board of Directors for the National Beer Wholesalers Association.
Will is married with four children and loves to be outdoors in our local waterways or afield. Will is very involved in many local civic organizations.
Operations Manager
Kyle has worked with Giglio Distributing for 29 years, where he started as a warehouse employee in 1989. A short time later, he became night manager, and then moved into Warehouse Management in 2002, where he oversaw warehouse loading operations. In 2009, Kyle was promoted to Operations Manager, where he is currently responsible for Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management, Facility Maintenance, Fleet Management, and long haul operations for Giglio Distributing. Kyle values the knowledge gained over a long career in the beverage industry and enjoys working with a team of great people at Giglio.
Kyle has two children and enjoys spending time outdoors. He is a native of the Beaumont area.
xChain Department Director
Rick Lemke, Chain Director for Giglio Distributing Company for over 27 years. With a 37 year career in the Beverage Industry, Rick began his career with Quality Beverage, 6 years in Wine & Sales and 4 years as Branch Manager in the Liquor Division. From there Rick transitioned to the beer industry making Giglio Distributing his new home as Area Sales Manager for 10 years. That experience led to Chain Department Director where he is currently positioned, providing leadership and management for the last 17 years.
Rick has a loving wife of 40 years, 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
xSales Manager
Joey has 23 years of experience in the beverage industry. He began working for Giglio Distributing in the summer of 1995 as a delivery assistant. He was immediately drawn to the competitiveness of the business and decided to pursue it as a career. While attending Lamar University, Joey worked in the warehouse as a merchandiser and in delivery. Joey was promoted to wine sales in 1999 where he obtained the prestigious Gallo training. In 2001 he was promoted into beer sales, a position which he held until 2004.
In 2004 Joey went to work for Glazer’s as a District Sales Manager in the wine division. There he learned to effectively manage people and an extensive portfolio of brands. Joey returned to Giglio as an Area Sales Manager in 2006. In 2012 he was promoted to Red Bull Brand Manager.
In 2014 Giglio Distributing began to aggressively diversify its portfolio into the Non- Alcoholic segment. Joey was promoted to Non-Alcoholic Sales Manager for both Giglio and GG Distributing, a position which he currently holds. Joey manages 11 suppliers which compete in almost every category of the beverage industry.
Joey is married with 3 children. He enjoys watching his kids play sports, being outdoors and all types of hunting. He is also active in his community.
xC-Store Strategies & New Brand Development
Julian Charles Giglio graduated with a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX. During his time at SMU, he was an upstanding member of the prestigious Texas Delta Chapter of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity where he maintained a high GPA to meet their rigorous academic standards, raised funds for numerous charities, such as ALS, and volunteered with multiple local philanthropies.
Immediately following graduation, Julian was employed with MBR Financial in Houston, TX as a Portfolio Analyst.
After two years in finance, Julian decided to pursue a career in the Wholesale Beverage Industry. Employed by Houston Distributing Company, Julian spent an extensive amount of time in each of the following departments:
Upon completion of the position at Houston Distribution Company, Julian moved home to Beaumont, TX, in 2019. Employed by Giglio Distrubuting Inc, Julian has been working closely with Molson Coors developing new C-Store strategies and new brand development.
We know Julian will be an integral part of our continued growth and success. Julian is very enthusiastic about the Beverage Industry, Giglio Distributing, and SETX.
xMerchandising Manager & Spirits Division Manager
Jeff Eby has 28 years of experience in the Beverage industry. He started his career in 1991 with Giglio Distributing company. There began in the On-Premise servicing bars, restaurants and night clubs. After making his mark, he was promoted to the Off- Premise side of the business. Jeff quickly became a top salesman and we soon promoted to Management. After 12 years of service with Giglio Distributing, Jeff had an opportunity to own and operate a Class B Liquor wholesaler. There he sharpened his knowledge of the retail side and also gained extensive knowledge of the liquor business. In 2017, Jeff returned to his roots with Giglio Distributing Company. With the company’s growth and Jeff’s knowledge, he began managing the Merchandising department, as well as the Spirits division for both Giglio Distributing Company and GG Distributing L.L.C.
Jeff is married with 3 daughters. He is also a proud graduate of Little Cypress Mauriceville & a member of the storied season of 1988 LCM Battlin’ Bears football team (Record 4-5). Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing and working outdoors.
